Customer Support Associate

Onsite in San Antonio, TX 78230

35-40 Hours/ Week


Store Hours:

M-F 9-6

Sat 11-5


Must Haves:

  • Basic computer skills – Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2-5+ years of Customer Service experience and/or Sales experience
  • Organized, reliable, & meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Retail experience
  • Microsoft Office/ Teams

Plusses:

  • Logistics experience/supply chain experience
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
