MA leading Furniture Fintech organization is looking for a customer-focused Email Process Executive to join its growing operations team
. Key Responsibilities
:• Handle customer queries and service requests via emai
l• Follow up on pending and unresolved case
s• Meet response quality and turnaround time SLA
s• Maintain data confidentiality and process accurac
y• Share process improvement suggestions with managemen
t What We're Looking For
:• 1-2 years of experience in Email Support / Customer Servic
e• Excellent written communication skills in Englis
h• Typing speed of 30-40 WPM with high accurac
y• Experience with CRM tools and MS Offic
e• Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindse
t• Prior experience in email or voice process will be an added advantag
