Customer Value Director

Reporting to the Managing Director, APAC, the Customer Value Director role is part of the Customer Value team that drives proactive business development as well as existing sales opportunities at prospects and clients, based on a tested value selling methodology. The methodology, aligned with the value lifecycle for business‑led technology transformations, helps drive the value agenda at existing clients and prospects. Over the last 7 years, this small but highly skilled team has successfully embedded value selling within a high‑performing, motivated sales and presales organization in a growing, market‑leading technology innovator. As the business continues to scale across the region, this role represents an expansion of the team to further strengthen customer engagement and accelerate value‑driven growth in one of the most dynamic and evolving industry sectors.
