Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Handle all import shipments from shipment creation to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. product lines control tower) and external parties (freight forwarders carriers)
- Prepare required documentation for customs clearance
- Review documents from the sending location and arrange required authority approvals (e.g. FANR e-DAS ESMA TRA MOI MOH etc.)
- Request and follow up with origin countries for pre-alerts and update milestones in SAP
- Coordinate clearance instructions with agents and ensure timely delivery
- Keep WME updated and maintain a well-organized shipment file system
- Arrange International Freight Invoice and COO and gather clearance charges from agents
- Maintain shipment reports including shipment number declaration number product line agent name and costs
- Respond to emails and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
