Customs quality control specialist

This role is suited to a highly detail-oriented individual with extensive customs knowledge and a strong understanding of compliance, tariffing, and customs quality control processes within the clearing and forwarding industry.

Responsibilities Processing and quality checking of customs and statutory body documentation. Auditing customs entries and related documentation for compliance and accuracy. Ensuring all customs submissions comply with legislative and company requirements. Monitoring tariffing, duty calculations, and customs framing accuracy. Identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions where required. Assisting with customs-related problem solving and operational support. Maintaining quality standards in line with company procedures and compliance requirements. Liaising with internal departments, clients, and relevant statutory bodies where necessary.
