Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities . Perform cutting functions such as trimming, deboning, portioning and processing according to the specifications . Ensure the stock are sufficient to meet the demands/orders . Ensure the meat handling and storage procedures are in compliance to the food safety standards . Maintain general cleanliness for the kitchen area and kitchen equipment
Job Requirements . Minimum 2 years of relevant experience . Team player but also able to work independently . Able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment . Able to work on weekends and public holiday
