CW Field Service Technician

Role Description:  

• Responsible for providing professional maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services 

for industrial cranes and hoists. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer equipment operates 

safely, reliably, and efficiently, while representing the Konecranes brand with strong technical expertise 

and customer service. Perform preventive maintenance not requiring compliance inspections, 

corrective maintenance, retrofits, crane installation or commissioning. Technicians can be further 

classified into Maintenance Technician or Inspector (i.e. those predominantly performing preventive 

maintenance) and Service Technicians (i.e. those predominantly performing maintenance and 

retrofits).
