We are delighted to invite applications for a 1.0 wte full time, 12 month fixed term, Band 7 Operational and Clinical Team Manager opportunities within our Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for experienced and motivated professionals who are passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people, and families. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering high‑quality early intervention mental health support within the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) Early Intervention Pathway.

The role involves providing both operational and clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams working within the mild‑to‑moderate children and young peoples mental health pathway. You will support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care, ensuring children and young people receive timely and appropriate support to meet their needs.
