**Location:** Newark, NJ
**Pay Rate:** $18-$19 an hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (One weekday off)

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer and dispatch operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.

+ Answer inbound calls from customers, drivers, and internal teams professionally and efficiently.
