Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI‑powered systems that convert customer interaction data into actionable business intelligence across multiple markets.
• Write and own SQL queries independently—joins, aggregations, window functions, and time filters—using platforms such as Hive or BigQuery to extract and validate operational data at scale.
• Conduct discovery sessions with internal stakeholders in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Egypt, and China to translate operational problems into structured requirements that can be executed without your presence.
