My client is a well-established and highly respected Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking an experienced Cyber Security Team Leader to guide its growing security function. This role combines hands‑on cloud security expertise with team leadership, customer engagement, and contributions to the presales process.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated security team, work directly with customers to strengthen their security posture, and support the design of security solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary cyber security team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, workload planning, and capability development.
• Promote a culture of growth, innovation, and exceptional service delivery.
• Provide expert, hands‑on support across cloud environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
