**Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist**
**Job Summary**
The Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist plays a critical role in advancing Securitas North America’s **cybersecurity culture and human risk management program** . This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with direct experience using **KnowBe4 (or similar platforms)** who can effectively execute **social engineering campaigns** and transform results into meaningful insights using **Excel-based analysis** .
Working under the direction of the Manager, Cybersecurity Culture & Human Risk Management, you will lead the execution of phishing simulations, analyze behavioral trends, and help drive measurable improvements in user awareness and risk reduction.
