Job Overview

As Nordic Semiconductor continues its growth as a global leader in low-power wireless technology, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to own a critical function. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the team responsible for Nordic’s end-to-end product security compliance — spanning PSIRT incident response and a demanding certification pipeline that includes PSA, SESIP, FIPS, and Common Criteria.

You will set direction, shape internal processes, and personally drive Nordic’s readiness for the EU Cyber Resilience Act ahead of the December 2027 deadline, while representing Nordic to regulators and certification bodies on the international stage. With full ownership of priorities, capacity, and budget across the compliance function, and a mandate to hire and grow the team as scope expands, this role offers genuine leadership authority and visibility across R&D, Legal, Sales, and beyond.
