Job Overview

Thales Spain is looking for a technical profile with at least 4years of experience in cyber security infrastructure management and support to participate in the operation and support of NGFW environments based on CheckPoint, PaloAlto, and Fortinet. The role is 100% project‑based and requires shift work.

Responsibilities

• Operation and administration of equipment and environments within the scope (backups, log management, health monitoring, etc.)
• Management of requests and incidents regarding infrastructure and policies
• Fine‑tuning and evolution of security capabilities in different policies and needs
• Corrective and reactive support for incidents, bugs, and malfunctions, either independently or through case management with the manufacturer
