Damp and Mould Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works Covering North London Temp-Perm position Hourly Rate: £28 PAYE OR £36 Umbrella / CIS (Individual UTR number required) We are working with a leading social housing provider to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Damp and Mould Surveyor to join their team in North London. You will be working on a planned maintenance contract including disrepair, damp and mould as well as other planned works such as kitchen and bathrooms, windows and doors etc. As a Building Surveyor, you will be working alongside the senior building surveyors, supporting them in managing their property portfolios and transactions.
