Your new role
As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and resolving damp and mould issues in residential properties. You’ll work closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions and ensurepliance with health and safety standards. This role is critical in supporting the council’spliance with Awaab’s Law, which came into force on 27 October 2025.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting detailed inspections and diagnostics of damp and mould cases.
