The Data Analyst / Dashboard Developer builds, maintains, and continuously improves the?live Performance Dashboard?that serves as the authoritative source for all contract performance data. Integrate data feeds from training systems, token management platforms, help desk operations, and workflow development pipelines into a unified dashboard accessible to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and ACC leadership without requiring manual reports from the Program Manager. This is not a periodic reporting role.
