Data Analyst Labor

**Position Purpose:**

The Labor Data Analyst will leverage technical experience and competencies to analyze complex datasets to uncover operational insights, predictive outcomes and actions based on analysis of labor data. This role will collaborate to promote and support analytically-driven decisions across the store labor teams leveraging technical skills to drive business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ 40% - Develop dashboards, reports, data sources, presentations and visual aids designed to educate and influence labor decisions for client groups and business leaders - Create reporting through the use of visual aids and presentations. Develop Dashboards and reporting for leader and client decision making. Provide Data sources to inform and educate clients and business leaders.
