Track KPIs including and not limited upto - Daily Active Users (DAU), Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and session metrics.
Make daily / weekly/monthly reports on player behavior, performance accuracy, engagement, and monetization / revenue trends to improve visibility.
Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in player behavior and accordingly recommend improvements based on the data evidence, useful for leadership for strategic decisions.
Collaborate with local and international stakeholders towards making clear and accurate dashboards.
Identify drop-offs in purchase funnels, payment failures and thereby contributing to reducing the loss.
