Job Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day data center operations, including coordination with users, visitors, and subscribers.
- Manage and facilitate visitor access and activities within the data center environment.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and operational activities.
- Handle operational and production-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and manage incidents during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Support “hands and feet” operations across multiple data center sites in Singapore, including travel for incident and planned activities.
- Perform installation and decommissioning of IT equipment, including server racking and stacking.
- Carry out structured cabling tasks such as patching, labeling, and cable management.
