Data Center Manager

COLSA Corporation is currently looking for a hands-on Data Center Manager to lead the physical evolution of our server environments. This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be the master of the floor, responsible for everything from the initial diagrams and rack-and-stack to the complex orchestration of power, cooling, and final documentation. You will bridge the gap between customer requirements and physical reality, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, organized, high performing and stable.

As the Data Center Manager, you are the primary steward of our physical lab and production environments. Your mission is to ensure that every piece of hardware is perfectly placed, powered, cabled and protected. You will oversee the full lifecycle of data center equipment, managing high-density cabling projects, optimizing airflow and cooling, and maintaining meticulous documentation.
