Job Scope And Responsibilities Overview: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Regional Data Centre APAC team. This includes managing various project-related tasks, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring efficient project operations. Responsibilities:
- Development Support: Assist with legal reviews, business approvals, and Project Funding Requests (PFR) and manage bug management processes.
- Financial Administration: Facilitate and liaise with Finance and Project Control teams for purchase order and invoice management.
- Status and Tracker Management: Maintain and update the Data Centre Delivery and Engineering tracker. Calendar Management: Manage schedules and ensure availability of all attendees for meetings. Remote Project Management: Be adept at overseeing and managing project teams geographically dispersed in APAC.
