Job Summary The Hard Services Day Lead Technician leads the day-to-day execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the data centre, under the direction and supervision of the Technical Manager. The role is focused on safe task execution, adherence to procedures, and maintaining critical facility reliability in a mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Execution & Technical Support Lead and oversee the execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with approved schedules, SOPs, and work instructions. Take ownership of daily site inspections, plant room walk‑throughs, and operational checks of critical systems, proactively identifying risks, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
