Data Centre Broker – Manager/Senior Manager Level

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Broker at Manager or Senior Manager level to join our specialized capital market team. This team focuses on land transactions, mid‑markets and alternative asset classes including data centres, healthcare, education, and other sectors. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, executing complex transactions and providing strategic guidance on data centre facilities, colocation services, hyperscale deployments, and edge computing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Leadership & Execution: Lead and execute sophisticated transactions across the data centre value chain. Manage leasing assignments for colocation space, wholesale data centre facilities and build‑to‑suit developments.
