As an HR Reporting Specialist, you will work under the Manager of HR Reporting & Analytics to provide critical data analysis and reporting capabilities. Collaborate closely with HR partners to document requirements and deliver user training, ensuring smooth integration of HR reporting technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct data analysis to support HR initiatives
• Oversee deployment of reports in the Power BI platform
• Document access and reporting requirements rigorously

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
