We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Reporting and Analytical professional to join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights Team. The Analyst will support the continued evolution of the reporting function. The Analyst is responsible for providing timely and high-quality reporting and analysis on HR data that will help identify trends and provide guidance that will drive global business decisions. The Analyst will partner with the internal teams to continue improving reporting processes and optimizing reporting delivery solution to support State Street strategies. This person will also support technology-based platforms, functionality implementation and maintenance.
