As QBE continues to modernise and scale its data and AI platforms, this role is critical to ensuring that data platforms are operated as reliable, secure and customer‑focused services, with clear accountability for availability, performance and continuous improvement. The role provides a key interface between platform engineering teams, vendors and business users, ensuring stable operations while supporting the safe transition of platform enhancements into business‑as‑usual service.
