To c£95,000 DOE – This specialist team within an award‑winning national law firm is seeking additional talent to advise on complex data protection matters on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis.

The practice is a growing contentious data protection and information governance team seeking a solicitor or experienced data protection professional.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on complex Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information Requests, data breaches and other challenging information law issues.


• Working on interesting, often high‑profile matters alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitors with data protection experience or in‑house data protection professionals.


• Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act, with experience managing DSARs and FOIA requests.
