Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the users analyzing the users behavior growing our user base and improving the users experience and retention.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Content and Tech Teams on optimizing and developing consumer facing products.
- Analyze UX and customer journeys to identify opportunities and improvement.
- Track measure and analyze the platforms subscription & sales funnels.
- Setup monitor and analyze AB tests continuously to improve feature and design
- Build rich & insightful reports that can provide recommendations on features that will improve the overall platforms user experience.
- Be a driving force in product development backing up suggestions with evidence and derive actionable insights
- Facilitate data driven decision making across the company
