Join the team as a Data Steward focused on the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management system. Your expertise will ensure data accuracy and compliance across the board. In this critical position, you'll maintain the integrity of application records within APM, facilitating effective lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all records within APM and TDAR
- Review application entries for standards compliance
- Address duplicate or inconsistent records
- Partner with stakeholders for approvals on data requests
- Monitor compliance with TAM standards and internal policies
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow and APM experience
- Familiarity with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
- Proven experience in IT governance and risk
- Robust detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
