Our client in the banking industry is looking for a Data Strategy & AI Transformation Lead. This is a 1 Month engagement, to be based in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Data Strategy & AI Transformation Lead to define and shape the future‑state data landscape for our client. The role will focus on developing an AI‑ready data strategy, improving data integration and governance and enabling advanced analytics, automation and data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

The successful candidate will assess the current (“as‑is”) data environment and design a future‑state data strategy, supported by a phased implementation roadmap that delivers measurable value in the short, medium and long term.
