Opportunity Description
Responsible for the Management of the ORACLE and MS SQL Database Platform across Vodafone Ghana. Control of the DB systems on day-to-day basis will cover:
Configuration Management
Administration Management
Storage, Backup & Recovery
Technical Support
Responsibility for ensuring resources support in Testing and Deployment of new components
Providing Level 1/2/3 technical support resources in support across the Database Estate in Vodafone Ghana
Accountable for planning and small project delivery
Required to take decisions best suited for the stability of the Database environment during instability
Responsible for the LRP around the Vodafone Database Environment Providing technical expertise and decision making for appropriate level DB system environments on issues relating to servers, local services, data centers DB environment, DB con...
