Roles You Will Explore Role As an apprentice, you will be attached to one of our Technology units and gain practical experience in roles such as: Production Support – Learn to manage live systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Quality Assurance / Tester – Get hands-on in testing applications, identifying defects, and ensuring software meets the highest standards Application Developer – Work on building and enhancing applications, writing clean code, and collaborating with tech teams to deliver solutions
Under the apprenticeship, you will be hired under a
third-party
vendor and placed on an
agency contract
