The Facility Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership and direction for the Maintenance Team at Tractor Supply Company’s Automated Distribution Center. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all automated systems, material handling equipment (MHE), and facility infrastructure.
This role partners Operations, Safety, and Engineering Teams to minimize downtime, improve system reliability, and support the overall success of the distribution center.
