Lead the daily inbound or outbound operation, allocating tasks to deliver against output and KPIsDrive a safety-first culture, upholding HSE standards and incident processesCoach, support, and develop operators, holding the team to clear performance standardsMaintain inbound/outbound accuracy, stock movement, and inventory integrity on receiptMonitor productivity, address issues, and lead continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and manage rosters and staffing to ensure efficient use of resourcesMaintain housekeeping, equipment, and preventive maintenance standards across the DCSupport the recruitment, induction, and training of new team members
