Insurance Operations Analyst – Work Setup: RTO

Responsibilities

• Review and authorize procedures for handling legal documentation and inquiries, including guardianship, conservatorship, QDROs, Power of Attorney, and levy/guardianship matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all processing activities.
• Lead efforts to correct Social Security records and validate income and deposit information for internal and external requests.
• Administer beneficiary updates, particularly involving complex agreements.
• Secure handling and updating of participant banking details in alignment with compliance and service standards.
• Update participant address records using investigative tools such as Accurint and Equifax to maintain data integrit...
