Procure to Pay Operations Senior Manager
Work setup: Hybrid. Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3. Project Shift Schedule: Mid shift. Project Rest Day: Weekend Off.

Responsibilities
- Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities.
- Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.
- Lead the delivery service strategy across one or more client portfolios.
- Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.
- Manage people engagement, recruiting, and staffing to optimize delivery targets; receive directions and feedback from supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.
