Responsibilities

• Build training content and deliver in-person/virtual classroom training.
• Create training needs analyses.
• Work with operations, training, and quality teams to identify performance gaps related to functional and digital skills.
• Analyze performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics.
• Conduct content research, create training outlines, and develop evaluation measures, training materials, knowledge assessments, and test designs.
• Identify non-traditional performance improvement initiatives to address knowledge, skills, and overall training effectiveness gaps.
• Provide regular feedback on content and recommend courseware improvements.
