Deal Advisory – Manager

The Manager role is focused on leading financial due diligence engagements and taking ownership of key workstreams across transaction-related assignments. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, management teams and senior colleagues to deliver high-quality analysis and insights, while also supporting junior team development and contributing to the continued growth of the Deal Advisory practice.
Key responsibilities:
+ Manage the day-to-day delivery of financial due diligence assignments for corporate, private equity and lender clients across a broad range of sectors;
+ Take ownership of key workstreams, including earnings analysis, working capital assessments, cash flow review, debt and debt-like analysis, and the identification of transaction risks and value drivers;
