Dealer Principal

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dealer Principal who is looking for a new challenge.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff.
• Monitor sales and other areas of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments.
• Maintain and increase market penetration.
• Improve stock turnover.
• Increase sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal or General Manager
• Knowledge of Vehicles and brands like VW, Audu, BMW, Mercedes etc.
• Experience with a corporate dealership.
• Solid track reference and excellent management skills.
• Ability to ensure profitable business.
• Clear criminal record.
• Tertiary education and management training beneficial.
