Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan the Dean’s calendar, events, internal/external activities, and meetings.
- Manage clearances for staff events, guest speakers, and Non-Resident Fellows, and monitor requisition forms, expense claims, and Dean’s Office correspondence like letters and memos.
- Coordinate part-time faculty, part-time supervisors, Non-Resident Fellows, and External Examiners’ contracts, work completion forms, time sheets, payments, and all related matters.
- Track and report the Dean’s Office KPIs (strategic and operational), as well as strategic and departmental initiatives.
- Manage the “Promotions Committee for Academic & Research Staff” process from application submission to issuance of the promotion letter (serving as Secretary).
- Serve as an active member of the “Student Disciplinary Board.”
- Handle specialized matters that do not require the Dean’s immediate attention.
