Debit Cards Manager

Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously enhance the debit card product value proposition across key customer segments, including Emerging Affluent and Affluent customers. Identify customer needs, usage behaviors, and pain points to drive product enhancements and CVP (Customer Value Proposition) refresh initiatives. Conduct regular competitor analysis and market benchmarking to ensure product relevance, differentiation, and competitiveness in the payments landscape. Drive initiatives to increase debit card activation, usage frequency, and spend penetration across customer segments. Monitor portfolio performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall profitability. Support marketing-led campaigns and collaborate with internal marketing and benefits teams to design and execute strategies that encourage everyday card usage and customer engagement.
