Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collections Manager at the MCGA® group. The Debt Collections Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the collections department (100+ employees), including managing a team of supervisors and MIS, preparing reports, analyzing data, developing strategies to maximize collections, and implementing new collection procedures.
