Our client is a rapidly growing data centre platform building digital infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. We are seeking a Debt Financing Manager to join the Investment & Financing team. This role is dedicated to securing and managing traditional bank financing facilities to support our infrastructure expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Loan Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of bilateral and syndicated loan facilities. Manage the entire process from initial bank engagement and term sheet negotiation to due diligence, credit approval, and loan drawdown.
• Credit Approval Management: Act as the primary interface between the company and bank credit teams. Translate project cash flows into bank-standard credit applications, proactively addressing bank credit committee queries to ensure approval.
