Debt Recovery & Collections Specialist

Shopee is seeking an individual to manage debt-related conversations and create customized repayment strategies. You will manage customer obligations and motivate timely repayments through calls.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent, and experience in collections is preferred. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
