Midvaal Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Debtors Team Leader to join a well-established company based in City Deep, Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a strong credit control professional with leadership experience who can effectively manage debtor accounts, support collections processes, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile debtors' accounts. Capture and allocate customer payments accurately. Submit monthly debtor reports and ageing analyses. Follow up on overdue accounts and elevate high‑risk accounts where necessary. Resolve customer account queries efficiently. Coach, guide, and monitor the performance of the debtors team.
