Deck department – supervisor structures

We are seeking a highly motivated and well‑organised Lamination Supervisor with solid foundations in lamination techniques and a strong appreciation for the aesthetics of completed work.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assign daily tasks in accordance with the weekly resource allocation. Ensure allocated tasks are driven toward completion in line with the production schedule. Improve production efficiency while maintaining SW standards. Continuously seek improvements in quality, waste reduction, production timing, and staff skill levels while keeping the team motivated and fostering a positive team culture. Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices.
