Default Fees & Costs Coordinator, I

The Default Fees & Costs Coordinator, I is responsible for requesting, compiling and summarizing fees and costs per specific CIT request using various software; preparing and sending Reinstatement letters/quotes. Handling Rush requests via email. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $18.50-$21.50/hr.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Prioritize workflow and processing of CIT requests.
+ Request and compile fees and costs via Tempo comtag or email and summarize in Fiserv.
+ May help send reinstatement letters via the correct predetermined avenue once letter is verified for accuracy
+ Ensure compliance deadlines are met.
