Job Summary

Senior Manager – Delivering Deal Value (DDV) at PwC Canada. Lead high‑stakes integration, carve‑out, and divestiture engagements, driving measurable value across the entire deal lifecycle. Work with Corporate, Private Equity, and Pension Fund clients on buy‑side and sell‑side functional due diligence, post‑acquisition integration planning and execution, carve‑out and separation planning, and synergy realization.

Responsibilities
