Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional delivery standards, surpassing client expectations, and achieving P&L targets for all provided services. You'll engage closely with senior client stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison for delivery matters, overseeing the smooth onboarding of new project teams, and facilitating the launch of new services. Your leadership will extend to major bids within the Industry Sector, where you'll drive the development of competitive yet robust solutions.
